I also use them to cook porridge for Darrius. If I dont have the fresh ones, I will use the dried ones... more convenient... hehehe</description>

		<description>I used to make Shan Yao Porridge for my kids when they are younger. Just like how you make soup but I chopped them really fine and I add in some wolfberries too. :)</description>
