		<description>eiks ... pictures not showing on posts.  alan likes lap cheung too!  sometimes we use this to sub for meat dish.  just throw them into the rice cooker to cook together with the rice.</description>

		<description>I do a similar thing, but prefer to steam the lup cheong before using.  I like it softer instead of a bit hard.</description>
