thanks for the recipe! its one of my fav all time asam stuff to munch on! more so when u are far from home. now have to go hunt for unripe papaya – not sure where can get now! how long can they last in the fridge? i suppose it cant go off coz of the vinegar n sugar right?

OMG! I totally forgot about that! When I was really little I lived with my grandmother a couple of days a week. My aunt would make some and bring it over to her and we would eat it!I didn’t think that IT WOULD BE THIS SIMPLE! Thanks for sharing
